Polyurea is a 100% solid two component material that complies with VOC regulations (Volatile Organic Compound ds). The best waterproofing when it comes to flat roofs, swimming pools of all shapes and all other places where waterproofing is a priority on the world market. It can be applied on all steel structures as anti-corrosion protection, it is used for coating tanks, drinking and fecal water, and at the same time perfect abrasive and chemical protection.

With impressive strength and adhesion characteristics, as well as the ability to resist abrasion and corrosion, polyurea is applied very quickly (the drying process takes 6 seconds) and remains long-lasting.

 

Polyurea is obtained by mixing two components, synthetic resins, and isocyanates, at a temperature of 75 - 80°C under pressure up to 240 bar and using a special machine Reactor H-XP3. Isocyanate can be aromatic (100% pure polyurea) or hybrid. Our company works only with 100% pure polyurea, which gives amazing results when it comes to applications that need to remain durable for a long period of time.

 

Polyurea is applied in a hot (HOT) system, with a special reactor, and on that occasion the insulation is monolithic on the entire surface without joints, and weak points that would loosen in the future, which gives it a major advantage over all other waterproofing.

Specifically, our company M Solutions has the largest and strongest Graco H-XP3 Reactor, which can easily meet these pressures and temperatures, even 120m above the position of the reactor. Reactor capacities are large, we can apply on the prepared substrate over 1000m2 in one day, in two layers.
